A new method of education


The quality of our high-quality products depends to a large extent on the correct execution of the necessary activities by our employees.


With the constantly changing technical requirements, the demands on each individual also increase. Effective and goal-oriented fulfillment of each area of responsibility requires good induction and continuous training and further education for all of our employees.

We invests in training and further education as well as in maintaining and expanding the level of knowledge of its employees.


The further training ranges from specialist seminars to personal development.

We see personal training not just as a cost factor, but as a worthwhile investment in a future together in our company. We regularly hold training courses on various topics, e.g. B. Languages, IT, occupational safety, law, management, hygiene, etc., which take place internally or externally. Ultimately, these measures contribute to the continuous improvement of work processes.


Training
In addition to the continuous further training of our employees, we are currently training in three professions.

Industrial clerk
Duration of training: 3 years
Areas of application: In all commercial areas of the company, e.g. B. Purchasing, Sales, Accounting, Shipping, Human Resources, Production Planning and at the vocational school.
Focus: sales management, human resources, accounting, materials management, production management, controlling
Requirements: Ability to work in a team, willingness to learn, commitment, commercial understanding, good knowledge of English, successful completion of a secondary school/business school or high school

Media technologist - specializing in flat printing
Duration of training: 3 years
Areas of application: In the print shop in the field of offset printing and at vocational schools.
Focus: Print processing, templates, processes, forms, further processing
Requirements: Technical understanding, color security, ability to work in a team, cleanliness, quality awareness, at least a qualifying secondary school diploma or secondary school leaving certificate

Packaging technologist
Duration of training: 3 years of company training in connection with block school lessons at the vocational school.
Areas of application: In our cup production and printing works.
Focus: Tool and machine preparation, production preparation, quality assurance, production planning, further processing, test methods
Requirements: Technical understanding, color security, ability to work in a team, cleanliness, quality awareness, at least a qualifying secondary school diploma or secondary school leaving certificate

Industrial mechanic
Duration of training: 3.5 years
Areas of application: production & maintenance as well as vocational school
Focus: Manufacturing & joining components and assemblies, maintenance, assembly & testing of technical systems, order processing
Requirements: Technical understanding, ability to work in a team, accuracy, cleanliness, quality awareness, at least a qualifying secondary school diploma or secondary school leaving certificate

The training takes place according to individually created training plans, which are created by the respective responsible trainer. Qualified and motivated fellow trainers are always available to trainees in the relevant departments for every training occupation.
